Can I get a Polish Radio Station License for my hand-held VHF radio?

Hand-held radio permits cover the territory of the country, so the use of the radio is allowed only in the sea and inland waters of the Republic of Poland

According to the Polish Office of Electronic Communication (Urząd Komunikacji Elektronicznej) :

"We do not issue permits for portable radiotelephones for foreigners, as they are not valid outside Poland"
